With any new season in life comes it’s challenges as well as the opportunity to grow and become stronger.

 

When we first quit our jobs and moved to Tampa back in 2018 to be a full time creative digital agency, the motto Community Over Competition helped guide us in making genuine connections and pushed us out of our comfort zone.

 

But we’ve noticed as time progresses, the areas outside our comfort zones eventually get included to our general comfort zone. When this happens you have two choices: stay in your new comfort zone, or seek a new season of uncomfortably and growth.

 

That is what 2020 did to us, along with many other fellow creatives around the world. We tried to hold onto our original motto, but it fell short to our needs.

 

We needed a new motto; a new mindset that would not only challenge us, but challenge those around us.

 

So we took a step back from the busyness and the “noise” the world creates and focused on what we needed. That need, as it turned out was COMPETITION.

 

Competition that produced accountability.

 

Competition that produced discipline.

 

And lastly Competition that produced faith. Faith to continue to believe in oneself as well as others. Faith in a better world.

 

This is how we developed our new motto: Community Through Competition.

 

We believe that this new mindset will challenge you, push you to create a better version of yourself and empower you to encourage others through your competitiveness.
